The System is designed to support the one-to-one coaching and makes it quicker and simpler to implement the changes in your business.  Functionality is provided to identify and define processes, asses your employees and identify their development needs, delegate, create KPIs, and plan and carry out reviews.  A dashboard lets you monitor progress and focus your efforts.

The system includes a database of pre-defined standard processes that you can install and customise to match your business, including all the related KPIs, checklists and document templates.

The Scaleup Formula© includes tools, templates, guidelines and checklists that you can apply in your business to systemise it and make it scalable.

These tools are provided as each part of The Scaleup Formula© is introduced during coaching and their use is explained during the session.  Each tool gives you a ready-made shortcut to make implementation quicker and more effective.  For instance, the Successful Delegation Checklist is used to make sure that you are delegating well but also helps you to understand what makes delegation succeed or fail and why.
